Main questions
Composite materials and products are on the great rise which seems to be unstoppable, and many countries and international companies of various profiles join the club - and the future - at an astonishing pace. Competition is tough though, choice of partners is huge and each new member of the club has the same questions: what, where, how much, with whom. Those who have been burnt with unsuccesful experiences put special stress on the last question and add: 'for how long?'
How Much, Where
The price factor usually comes first. Here we can hardly offer anything to potential partners who look for the lowest price as the lowest price is the privilege of barely legal garage-like enterprises. Or, for that matter, it is a privilege of the biggest companies with all their advantages and drawbacks.

However.

Compared to the former our prices are decent, transparent and flexible as beyond 'here and now' we also look into the future*. Compared to the latter, we compensate by speed, customization, vibrant R&D plus human-to-human approach. And, still, our prices 'as is' can compete even with the biggest companies out there.

As for 'where', main production site is located between Asia and Europe, right in the heart of a knot formed by a few national and international trade routes. In the short term the company launches a JV in South-East Asia, and for the mid-term there is a number of negotiations with companies from India, the Arabian Peninsula, various regions of Asia, three regions in Africa and South America.

*If/when JVs are in place we will be able to provide better pricing and faster logistics to nearby countries. For right now we offer machinery and a complete technical and marketing expertise umbrella within the framework of JVs while prospective nationwide dealerships may expect partial price-wise compensation in order to make national marketing a bit smoother.
With Whom
To us 'with whom' is the most important question and, hopefully, it is the same for you - so a bit longer paragraph seems to be appropriate. We are quite a young company but we have already gained serious weight on the national market due to the fact that the very core of our approach to business is sincere strive for innovation. Throughout history any such innovation is accompanied by lower price, higher quality, enhanced reliability and simplicity of use. Just think of AK-47 and other famous Russian technical inventions: simple, easy to use, reliable, affordable. Reliability is a two-part factor: our product and machinery are like this and our views on partnership are like this. We treat our partners not only as means of making profit, and one simple proof of this is the fact that right now we are the only company in Russia which provides official gurantee by major state-owned insurance corporation and (despite the fact that there has not been a single insurance request) each year the company renews the contract in order to provide peace of mind and assurance to our partners, with no upper limit whatsoever.
How Long, What
When 'with whom' is clear, 'how long' is pretty much obvious: as long as there are healthy business and human-to-human relationships. On our side we do everything within our powers and even more to stick to the agreements. Thinking ahead and beyond is the air we breathe and this is why some of our technolgy makes potential partners and even competition from the more developed markets gape and awe. There's yet more to come here, hopefully. On the factual level this is backed up by our research, our certificates (including international ISO), our lab and, additionally - by cooperation with other labs and Universities across the globe.

Please feel free to request a virtual tour around non-confidential part of production or to come over and see everything for yourself.

Finally, 'what' - i.e. the final result of our effort - is described below.

PRODUCTS

REBAR: GLASS/BASALT, RIBBED/DEFORMED/SMOOTH/SAND COATED
You probably already know about most qualities of FRP rebar: it's better than steel in most aspects, in some aspects - it's superb. We can enhance separate parameters even further or decrease other parameters in order to provide a custom version which perfectly fits your market demand and your competitive environment. We can also employ certain additives which provide extra qualities like UV-protection for open structures, for example. In plain words, tell us what you and your clients need both now and in future, and we will see where our experience and R&D can help.

REINFORCEMENT MESH: GLASS/BASALT
Some markets have it and some markets don't. For the former we can offer competitive price and in some cases - higher quality at a much better price; for the latter we offer a novelty - and you know better than us what a high-quality affordable novelty means; even more so - if we are talking about national or regional scale. A lot depends on logistics, of course - but, still, even if we deliver the mesh a few thousand kilometers the price will still be lower than that of steel mesh and all other properties are still there, so there should be a lot of space for succesful marketing manouvers, especially in speicifc areas where steel simply doesn't work
FRP reinforcement mesh : how it looks

NEW GFRP REINFORCEMENT SHEETS
What you see on the photo is brand new pre-welded foundation reinforcement. It's very lightweight and extremely easy and fast to use: cut in necessary size with a regular disc grinder (3 seconds per one bar), fix in a few spots with wire or plastic clip - and that's it, done. Emerging markets might be generally less interested in this product as logistics makes it quite expensive and therefore - out of general demand; however, regardless of the type of the market there is always a segment of companies and their clients who want - and can afford - a better thing. Even more so - if you take into account that with the GFRP RS you can do a bigger, more quality job much faster, with less expensive logistics, less manpower and manhours to install (up to 700% increase in installation speed compared to steel reinforcement), no need to weld and.. yes, total end costs if compared to metal should still be lower.

FIXTURES AND TOOLS
This category of products is auxilary; however, these are necessary for fast, high-quality, comfortable construction. The company provides full range of all necessary fixtures and tools to go with the main range of products. However, many of these can be procured elsewhere or you can replace them with more simple and <depending on the region and labor costs> more affordable makeshift devices. It is always for you to decide which way to go, and we will gladly support any reasonable decision; all our savvy is at your service

Innovative yet traditional packing
In most countries rebar comes in rods only as they are considered to be less expensive to transport, especially if we are talking about trucks. We do rods alright; however, there are new ways - which in some cases are 'well-forgotten old ways' as a Russian wisdom says. What you see on the photo is rebar in 50m and 100 m coils which are much more comfortable for any end user whether its a big government project or a private greenhouse as they are compact, lightweight and are very comfortable to carry: you can quite easily put two 100m coils on your shoulders and carry them to your car from a DYI store or to your workspot on a 1km2 flooring at a major government construction site. Coils are tightly packed first on top of one another and then one inside another, just like the traditional Russian doll Matryoshka: coils with smaller diameter go inside bigger diameters. Custom-sized Matryoshkas are also used to rationalize free space in 20ft and 40ft containers as rebar in rods leave lots of free space. The same goes for storage: with Matryoshkas you will need 3m2 storage (1.35mX1.35m for Matryoshka itself and remaining space for access) to house an equivalent of a railroad container with steel rods, hence a. smaller storage purchase/rental costs and smaller bills plus there's b.smaller loading/unloading costs as coils require much less manpower and machinery like cranes to work with than steel and even less manpower than regular GFRP rods.
GFRP/BFRP REINFORCEMENT : PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES
GFRP/BFRP rebar
1
FRP rebar is 3.5-4 times lighter than steel rebar of equal diameter and 8-10 times lighter than steel of similar strength parameters
2
FRP is 3 times stronger than steel rebar in terms of tensile strength with the same diameter; 8mm FRP is as strong as 12mm steel
3
Scientifically confirmed life cycle is 80-100 years. Practically confirmed figure in Russia is fourty plus years
4
FRP preserves its strength both in extra-hot and extra-cold climates; operating temperatures range from -70C to +150C
5
FRP is fireproof to a quite large extent; it has to be over +600°C inside the concrete for rebar/mesh fibre to disintegrate.
6
FRP does not corrode and is resistant to alkali, aggressive gases and acids which helps to avoid damage to concrete structures caused by internal stresses due to corrosion of steel reinforcement bars. Bridges, car parkings and other numerous types of structures which work with water and gases etc are much safer now and require much less maintanance and virtyally no reconstruction at all
7
FRP is prone to electromagnetic interference. Sensitive equipment in hosptials, research institiutions, telecoms, military facilites operate much better; houses in areas with poor mobile signal coverage - and, generally speaking, any structures at all - are much more mobile-friendly now
8
FRP products if compared to steel saves over 60% in total on procurement, delivery, installation and operations. Much less transportation, machinery and manpower: much less time, much less overall costs; faster construction, more orders, better reputation
9
Plastic rebar is even more easy and less costly to carry, ship and store now: when the diameter is less than 10 mm, bar is supplied in 100m coils which weigh 8-10 kg and are very compact (135cm in diameter, 12 centimeters in height). These can be easily transported in a trunk of a sedan or in a minivan instead of a truck or just in a smaller truck if compared to longer rods. Same goes for storage: less space, smaller bills, less hassle. Perfect both for end clients of DYI stores and major projects alike.
10
Its thermal-expansion coefficient is similar to that of concrete, so FRP does not destroy concrete at the change of temperature- unlike steel which gradually distorts concrete due to the difference of thermal longitudinal expansion coefficients when opearation tempertures change. Basically, FRP rebar 'breathes' together with the concrete and forms the unanimous environment regardless of temperature changes
11
Easy to install, no special experience or tools are required. FRP rebar is easy to cut, too: bigger diameters are good with regular disc grinder (3 seconds per bar max.), smaller diameters are cut by scissors or pliers
12
Greener than steel: CO2 emitted during FRP production is ten times smaller than that of steel production
13
ADDITIONAL FEATURES (EXTRA-STRENGTH, UV PROTECTION ETC) ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
GFRP/BFRP reinforcement mesh
1
Reinforced plastic mesh is almost six times lighter than steel mesh: 350 g/m2 vs 2000 g/m2
2
At the same time, reinforced plastic mesh is three times stronger than steel mesh in terms of tear-out, bending and stretching
3
Polymeric mesh is non-crrosive and sports the highest degree of protection from high humidity, alkali and salts
Perfect for sea-side and industrial construction
4
Temperature conductivity is one hundred and thirty times lower than that of steel mesh: 0.46 W/m2 60 W/m2
Warm buildings in cold climates stay warmer, cool buildings in hot climates stay cooler
5
Polymeric mesh does not conduct electricity and does not get magnetized which is perfect for operation of complex equipment and mobile signal coverage etc
6
Granular surface enables much better adhesion than steel
7
Low coefficient of elasticity extinguishes vibration without changing the mesh structure which helps a lot in seismoactive regions
8
Very Green Production: manufacturing process of polymer mesh emitts ten times less CO2 than that of metal mesh
9
